Privacy Policy
This is a working privacy-policy draft, not legal certification. Exodia Holdings LLC should have a qualified Alabama attorney review it before relying on it for legal compliance.
- File Check: only the SHA-256 hash. Files are hashed in your browser and never uploaded.
- Link Check: the URL you submit, sent to Google Safe Browsing and abuse.ch URLhaus, and logged with the verdict.
- Breach Check: your email is sent to Have I Been Pwned. We log only a truncated one-way fingerprint.
- Reports: the type, description and indicators you provide, plus your consent time and policy version.
- Approved website reports: the website address, submitted statement, indicators, community opinions, comments, and corrections may be published without displaying the reporter's account identity.
- Community votes: one opinion per signed-in member. Public pages show totals, not member identities.
- Waitlist: your email and chosen platform.
We process submitted data to perform the check you requested, maintain your account history, moderate community material, investigate abuse, secure the service, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use precise browser location to advertise to you. Location used by Locate Me remains in your browser and is not written to our database.
Service providers receive only the data needed for their role. Link checks may send URLs to Google Safe Browsing and URLhaus; breach checks send the entered address to Have I Been Pwned.
Location access is optional and starts only after you choose Locate Me. Browser-provided coordinates and accuracy are used locally to focus the globe, center the area map, and compare distances to approximate reported host locations.
Agamoss microphone access is optional, active only while its page is open and listening is enabled, and converts speech to text through browser capabilities. Serpent Intelligence Systems does not upload or store raw microphone audio.
You can deny or revoke these permissions in your browser. The worldwide globe and typed Agamoss input remain available without them.
We may disclose records to service providers acting for us, to comply with valid legal process, to investigate abuse or protect people, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
We retain records only as reasonably necessary for operations, safety, account history, disputes, legal obligations, and documented disposal procedures. Retention periods may differ by record and applicable law.
We use access controls, row-level permissions, encryption in transit, and one-way fingerprints where practical. No online system can promise absolute security.
You may choose not to submit information, decline optional browser permissions, remove your own eligible community content, and request correction or review of information associated with you.
Depending on where you live, law may provide additional access, correction, deletion, appeal, or opt-out rights. Identity verification and legal exceptions may apply.
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If a legally reportable breach occurs, Exodia Holdings LLC will follow applicable notification duties, including Alabama requirements.
Serpent Intelligence Systems is operated by Exodia Holdings LLC in Mobile, Alabama. A dedicated privacy-request email and legal-notice mailing address must be added after attorney review.
