Terms of Use
These are working U.S. and Alabama terms, not legal certification or legal advice. Exodia Holdings LLC should have a qualified Alabama attorney review them before launch or reliance.
By accessing or using Serpent Intelligence Systems, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. A parent or legal guardian must supervise use by anyone who cannot legally consent on their own.
The service provides education, threat-intelligence lookups, browser-side checks, and community information. It is not antivirus software, emergency response, law enforcement, legal advice, or a substitute for a qualified security professional.
A website cannot scan, clean, monitor, or remove malware from your whole device. Results reflect available third-party sources and browser-visible signals at the time checked. “No record” does not mean safe, and no result guarantees future safety.
Globe points identify approximate reported malicious-host infrastructure, not victims, infections, or proof of an attack in a neighborhood. Agamoss explains submitted material; it does not independently scan or issue security verdicts.
Use the service lawfully. Do not attack systems, evade access controls, upload malware, automate abusive requests, interfere with availability, impersonate others, conduct unlawful surveillance, or submit passwords, private documents, threats, harassment, or content you lack permission to share.
You are responsible for your submissions and account security. We may restrict, preserve, correct, or remove material to enforce these rules, protect people, respond to lawful process, or maintain system integrity.
Website allegations remain private until owner review. Review checks community-rule compliance; it does not verify an allegation. Approved posts are labeled Unverified Community Report.
Votes—Appears credible, Not enough evidence, and Appears unreliable—are member opinions, not findings, endorsements, or proof. Do not coordinate harassment, manipulate voting, or repeat claims you know are false.
Affected parties and members may submit corrections or disputes. Their presence does not prove or disprove a statement. Printable reports compile public material for manual review only and are not verified findings, police reports, legal determinations, or tamper-evident records. We do not send them automatically.
The service, branding, original interfaces, and original content are owned by or licensed to Exodia Holdings LLC. These Terms do not transfer ownership. Third-party names, feeds, maps, and content remain subject to their owners’ rights and licenses.
Submit only material you created, are authorized to use, or may lawfully quote. Copyright complaints must identify the protected work, challenged material, complainant, contact details, and include a good-faith accuracy statement. A final registered-agent process requires attorney review.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, complete coverage, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Exodia Holdings LLC and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, or reliance on a result. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
We may change or discontinue features and may suspend access for misuse, security risk, or legal necessity. Material changes to these Terms should be identified by an updated policy version or notice where required.
The service is operated by Exodia Holdings LLC in Mobile, Alabama. To the extent allowed by law, Alabama law governs and disputes are intended for courts with jurisdiction in Mobile County, Alabama. Mandatory federal, state, and consumer rights still apply.
If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and incorporated policies form the agreement concerning the service.
A dedicated legal-notice email, mailing address, and registered copyright-agent details must be added after attorney review.
